A Fresh Start // Happy New Year!

First, I would like to say welcome to my new and improved website! There have been a lot of changes and upgrades revolving around my site as a whole. If you have been following me and my art journey for a while, hey! And if your new welcome and I can't wait for you to get to know me and check my work out.

So I know I am super late with posting for the new year in March, but I wanted to go ahead and do it anyways. My main focus for my new site is for it to be a place where I can blog, present my portfolio, sell my work (which you can purchase here and here), and even get in contact with you guys and maybe even get job opportunities. Those four aspects of my main focus are part of my 2018 goals.

And speaking of my 2018 goals, here is a couple that I personally want to work on this year.

I want to be able to continue to create art every day, no matter what the subject may be or even the medium. This would be for me to practice my craft. I also want to post more of my work on my social media pages so I can show my progress and connect with other people who like my work.

This has to be the number one thing that I need to work on. Scheduling time for myself to work on projects, e-mail people, and even just to rest. I think I would be so much more organized than I am now if I actually used the expensive planner I bought myself from Michaels!

As far as creativity goes, I just need to think outside of the box and use the skills that I have to create work that would really stand out.

Ahh, one of my weaknesses. In all honesty, I am super shy and I have an introverted personality. I think this is one of the things that is holding me back from succeeding in my career. I need to do better, and hopefully, I will overcome my shyness in 2018.

Well, those are a couple of things that I want to improve on for 2018. I am hoping that I can be disciplined enough to be able to carry this out by the end of the year and many years to come.

Are there any goals for the year of 2018 that you want to accomplish? Leave your answer in the comments section and don't forget to like, share, and subscribe to my newsletter!

Have an awesome weekend!
